Now doesn't THAT sound exciting!

Who will play Number Six? My choice, off the top of my head, would be Benicio Del Toro or Edward Norton.

Hmmm, Nolan tackles ANOTHER 1960s TV show... wink.gif

Link to the closest thing we seem to have to a thread on the original series.

So is this going to be like that whole Sarah Connor Chronicles / Terminator 4 thing, where a movie and a TV series are produced at the same time? (Something similar almost happened with Left Behind, if memory serves, with Cloud Ten making feature-length sequels and Namesake making a TV series.)

A key difference here, though, would be that the TV show and the movie have nothing in common, whereas the Terminator and Left Behind examples involve competing sequelizations.

Ian McKellan as Number Two... Jesu... um, Jim Caviezel as Number Six.

Maybe this thread needs to be split to the Television forum? There is still a listing at IMDb for a possible film in 2009.
