For me it was Eddie Dominguez

He pushed us to think in innovative ways — to consider collaborative work; to garner inspiration from what we were passionate about; to be yourself (as cheesy as this sounds!) and not wear a mask. In a stereotypical sense, he was the best kind of art teacher, fostering creativity with a mostly invisible structure.

It's about 30 minutes and very candid. Eddie has a refreshingly pragmatic perspective on art and is very honest about his own work. The interview is worth watching.
