Hey Gang,
A CT reader has asked Mark Moring for help finding the title of a film. Here's what the reader wrote;
I'm looking for a movie about a grandfather that owned an antique shop. He was getting old and the family wanted to put him in a home. The Grandson, had some kind of an illness too. The grandson and the grandfather took the old car and went across the country. Do you know what the name of that movie is? Thanks
Anybody?
Ron
(If anybody gets it, you can email Mark Moring directly at ctmovies@christianitytoday.com - but definitely also post it here. Slake our curiosity!)

The first film I thought of was "Two Bits," but the
plot description is a bit off. I don't see anything about an antiques store. But I'm including a reveiw link, FWIW.

I doubt that's it. No mention of the road movie aspect, which sounds like what the film mostly consists of.
But thanks for playing.

Mark thought of
THE THING ABOUT MY FOLKS, which has a road trip, but is aging father and middle-aged son rather than grandpa/grandson.
I first thought of AROUND THE BEND, though I knew right away it's not the film the reader is looking for. Multi-generational road movie, though.
