I'm doing a presentation on a learning theory in 2 weeks at work.
I want to use well known movies as a reference point for my theory.
I'm focusing on movies where an expert is teaching a novice how to do something. Or where teaching is occurring.
Matrix,-keenu is taught by fishburne espec the scene in the hyper environment when they test out different scenarios and see how good Keenu is.
zorro-The training in the cave scene.
Top Gun-the scene of the class room in the hangar when Kelly asks Top Gun to reflect why he did such a dangerous move by using the airbrakes on his plane to let the MIG go by.
I need some more movies to grab my points from can you give me some more well known movies
can you give me 5 or 6 suggestions?
I can't -- not at the moment -- but my initial reaction was to think there must be hundreds of movies that fit this template. I'll pass along any suggestions from A&Fers posted today.

In 2005, there were three films -- count 'em -- in which Liam Neeson taught someone how to use a sword:
- Kingdom of Heaven
- Batman Begins
- The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
He also wielded a sword and mentored young Anakin in
Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999), of course, but not at the same time.
