Hey, just thought I'd commemorate my assuming of some moderating duties in this fine Film Festival discussion forum with our featured Spam of the Day: a reminder that Cornerstone Festival is coming to North Carolina again on June 11 & 12, including a two-night film program called "Cinema Cstone". There's info about the NC fest here and Cinema Cstone here. The NC fest will be held on a campgrounds northeast of Greensboro, and I'll be there to introduce and screen four feature films (Whalerider, The Man Without a Past, Not of This World, and Bus 174) and lead discussions afterward, and we'll bring some of our Flickerings short films along to screen as well. It would be great to meet any of you who might live in the vicinity, especially those who might not be able to join the rest of us at Flickerings 2004 at the Illinois Cornerstone Festival in July. If you're coming to NC, let me know, or just show up and introduce yourself at the screenings.
