Wow -- I even have a new respect for Polaroid, let alone Tarkovsky. Interesting how these pictures seem to be Tarkovsky's view as well as from his point of view; so often pictures are from an 'interesting angle'. Who of us has taken a picture out of our window, or across the table from our seat on the other side? So mundane, yet so authentic.
