As per the band's website...

New wovenhand album in progress!! it will again be a strange poetry. signed, the management

David Eugene Edwards is one of the most unique songwriters out there. I had the pleasure of seeing Woven Hand perform when they were touring for The Threshingfloor. He has such a wild stage presence. I am looking forward to this album.

He finds no mercy

And he's lost in the crowd

With an armoured heart of metal

He finds he's running out of odd-numbered daisies

From which to pull the petals

I'm very much looking forward to this, too. You can listen to one track ("Glistening Black") in its entirety here.

It is now available on bandcamp with physical albums being shipped in November. Upon the first listen I think this might be my favourite Woven Hand release. Very heavy.

Man. I could listen to "In The Temple" all day long. In fact, I think I will.

I can't wait to hear this live.

2012 is ages ago. But I just saw this:

It ain't Pixar. But who cares?

"What if--just what if--the very act of storytelling is itself redemptive? What if gathering up the scraps and fragments of a disordered life and binding them between the pages of a book in all of their fragmentary disorder is itself a gambit against that disorder?" -- NBooth
