Oscars 2016: Best Sound Mixing

The Cinema Audio Society has announced its nominees:

  • Bridge of Spies
  • The Hateful Eight
  • Mad Max: Fury Road
  • The Revenant
  • Star Wars: The Force Awakens

The winner will be announced February 20.

It bums me out that there doesn't seem to be any way to add polls to existing threads in the current version of the board, but oh well.

The nominees for the Oscar are (with the ones I've seen in bold):

  • Bridge of Spies
  • Mad Max: Fury Road
  • The Martian
  • The Revenant
  • Star Wars: The Force Awakens

So basically, the Oscars agree with the Cinema Audio Society on four of the nominees, and switched out The Hateful Eight for The Martian.
