As noted above, Heroin(e) is a Netflix release and is thus available for streaming.

It turns out Heaven Is a Traffic Jam on the 405 was posted to YouTube by IndieWire a few weeks ago and is thus also available for streaming (and I assume it's legit, being IndieWire and all); you can watch it below.

I do not yet know if it is possible to see the other three films online.

Hey, I think I found Edith+Eddie on the MSN website, right here! Apparently it's been there since November 13.

It's about an interracial couple in their 90s and the problems they run into when the daughter of one of them gets a court-appointed guardian to split them up. And the film spends quite a bit of time on the religious faith of the central couple.

So that's *three* Documentary Short nominees I've found online. Now to find the other two...

You can buy Knife Skills for three bucks via iTunes.

Traffic Stop will be available via HBO but not until March 12 -- eight days after the Oscars -- and it's not clear to me whether it will be available in Canada.
