Yes, I think that is where we left it after discussion in the other thread: 


March 31 as the last day to nominate or second. 
First round of voting (should each film be on the Top 25 list) on April 1-15.

Second round of voting (ranking the Top 25 finalists) in order of preference from April 16-30.
