This is such big news right now it's amusing that there's no topic on it. Then again, I haven't played it... has anyone here?

There's lots of fun things to discuss about it, like how 25 different game sites gave it a perfect 10/10 review score, though by most user accounts I've heard it's not deserving of that score (though still very good). Or how Mothers Against Drunk Driving would like the game to be re-rated from M for Mature (17 and up) to AO for Adults Only (18+) because the protagonist can choose to drive drunk in the game. Nevermind that the legal drinking age is neither 17 nor 18 in the U.S.

I'm not a fan of the series, but I might try to play this. People are throwing words like "Oscar caliber drama" around, and while I'm almost certain that all of the suspicious hype is probably driven by things that should cause us all to question the integrity of professional game journalists... there's probably still a lot of fun to be found in GTA IV.
