April 1 is the day of festivities. Peruse the edible canon here, including The Red Cabbage of Courage, Bacon & Eggsistentialism, and Flan of Green Gables. And who could forget such classics as A Confederacy of Blintzes and A Tree Grows in Broccoli?

As of yet there is no edible criticism, though I'm sure the Frankfurter School will have something to contribute.

Shouldn't it be the "day of feastivities"?
