I've posted some clips on this project before (and I should note that I got the idea for this documentary from a thread in these forums many moons ago.)
I've now been working on this project for about 3 years (ugh) and in an effort to get it done and to experiment with some different ways of funding, I thought I would try out Kickstarter (anyone used it?)

I just found out about kickstarter last week. I haven't used it but I know a couple of films that did raise their amount to finish films or pay for traveling with the film.
I like the trailer you are using and will get the word out.

It seems like something like Kickstarter (or IndieGoGo) would be unwieldy for a full budget unless you had a topic that had a very large and motivated audience, but my hope is that it can help supplement a budget - get a project off the ground or help finish it.
