If anyone picks up on what this refers to, feel free to continue the countdown. I'll be checking a certain statistic periodically over the next couple of days (hours?).

Statistics and detailed references to other instances of sleeping events that have any commonality with this current sleeping event. He frequently uses the ISDB for this purpose.

Hmm. Just did a little experiment to see if the type of statistic in question can be reversed by deletions of one's posts. Apparently, deletions do not affect the statistic. So that means the stat refers not only to existing entries, but to any that have been deleted for the sake of "Ahems," errors, accidental duplicate posts, etc. Interesting. This takes some of the fun out of what a goal I'd set for myself: to peruse threads and delete comments I've made in the past that I now realize were utterly inconsequential or regrettable. "Trimming the fat," so to speak. I still mean to do that from time to time, but alas, it won't be reflected in the available stats. I'd hoped to drive my own number down.

Yeah, I deleted a post earlier today and saw that my post count hadn't changed.

Hmmm. You know how the board merges two posts into one if they are posted within a few minutes of each other? I wonder if it counts the merged post as two or as one.
