The Klingon Opera. (I love that the original headline calls it "The First Klingon Opera." We can only hope there will be others.)

FWIW, the Memory Alpha (i.e. Star Trek wiki) entry on 'Klingon opera', with references to the TNG, DS9, VOY and ENT episodes that allude to it. I believe the following clip, from the TNG episode 'Unification II' (Nov 1991), was the first such allusion:


Incidentally, that episode is also noteworthy for marking the last time that Leonard Nimoy played Spock ... until the J.J. Abrams movie came out almost 18 years later.
