Anybody have one? Worth the money? Anybody feel like a fool for dancing/dodging in front of a screen? Better than Wii? Worse than Wii? And you can still play regular Xbox 360 games with this, right?

I like it. I don't play it nearly as much as I would like...but then life is very hectic and down time is becoming scarce. But it is a lot of fun, and harder to "cheat" than a Wii. You really break a sweat with it tho...
