Nothing definite at this point, but an actor/director pal just asked the other day if I'd be interested in playing Herod in a production of Oscar Wilde's Salome.

Getting started on reading the play, but has anyone here seen or read it? Looks interesting so far. Herod seems to be a tragically conflicted figure rather than a stereotypical oily bad guy. More work for the actor that way, but the results should be more interesting.
